Through telephone coaching, parents and care-givers receive confidential, personalized, and non-threatening support without ever having to leave their home or office.

Phone coaching will give you specific and effective strategies that can be introduced and implemented immediately.

We offer a timeframe that is convenient for you and does not require travel. Multiple participants can be involved simultaneously through conferencing. We follow up with an e-mail outlining keypoints with references to additional resources discussed.

We begin with a ten-minute telephone interview at no cost to you. Getting to know your parenting coach and exchanging information on your issues will familiarize you with our methods.

Coach Peg Windisch

Peg Windisch is a teacher, author, public speaker, and Family Relationship Coach. Her goal is to bring programs that foster learning, connecting and loving care to families. She does this in a fun, enriching environment. With a degree in Chemistry from Minnesota, a Parent Education Certification from California, and various business certifications, she has happily pursued the following professional endeavors: In 1996 Peg founded We Are Coaches, Inc. as a non-profit group.

Peg, INCAF PE Certified, is the founder of the Raising Respectful Children & Families Program, [insert link] a program for parents and children.  In the past sixteen years she has personally taught over 1400 parents and teaches extended parenting courses, including Redirecting Children’s Behavior. Her vision is that all family members learn skills, knowledge, and consciousness regarding family cooperation, respect, and team-building. Peg is currently authoring an innovative resource called, Practical Consequences for Kids’ Behavior, which will be published in 2012.

As the Executive Director, Windisch, the Board of Directors, and teacher alliance bring various kids and adult programs to communities in North County San Diego. Peg is the founder and director of the Aqua-Adventures Camps, and surf lessons which teach beach and surf skills while promoting character-building and environmental awareness. Since 2000 up to 150 families have participated each year in the camps at 15th Street in Del Mar, Moonlight Beach, Encinitas, and Carlsbad.

A few years after the camps started, her team of swim professionals began offering campers private and semi-private swim lessons as part of the Swim Academy, in order to strengthen the children’s water safety skills.  Since 1998, Peg has been running We Are Coaches, Inc. “Empowered Learning, Meaningful Fun” after-school programs.

Kids M-Power since 2009, has empowered kids to fundraise for other kids by helping them to create marketable art and donate the proceeds to their favorite cause. Her most recently developed program is Eco-Adventures. a geo-caching exploration program.
